With a unique blend of leadership and approachability that often eludes others in a leadership position, Leah personally reviews everything before it goes to the bank with a methodical approach. The same can be said about every matter brought to her attention throughout her day at the office. On top of running the books for residential and commercial compliance, Peretz oversees everything from daily logistical issues to new hires. He has implemented significant improvements to the Company’s software and countless payroll improvements that have significantly streamlined the process and maximized efficiency. There’s not much he can’t handle, and he manages it all easily.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Rachel, the veteran on our team, epitomizes expertise and exemplary customer service. Our personable and friendly Excel expert, Heshy, is as quick with a good word as he is with a spreadsheet. Responsible for the underwriting and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, he quickly and accurately researches all new commercial deals. Heshy is calm and genuinely interested in the clients and lenders he works with as he strives to provide the best service possible for every deal. He combines a thirst for knowledge and analytical nature with a detail-oriented process to properly size and places each loan according to each client's needs.
Michal has been with Landstone for two years, has seamlessly acclimated to the loan process, and developed a professional association with clients and lenders alike. She also possesses excellent organizational skills and makes everyone’s life easier by compiling all data (application reports, legal documents, etc.) efficiently and precisely. An effectual communicator, she inspires confidence in both banks and clients alike. Not the case in Landstone, though, as each one brings a unique skill set to the table that sets them apart and adds a positive aspect to Landstone’s dynamic. Ruchy brings a unique skill and positive attitude to the Landstone dynamic. Her personal relationship with her clients and investment in seeing through every loan till closing is her personal goal. Hendy’s sharp perception enables her to effectively handle the detailed mortgage process while relating to the borrower in a competent and composed manner.
